Arrow Master

Game Overview

Shoot arrows into the spinning wheel. Don't hit the other arrows! Can you beat all 100 levels?

How to Play

Tap or click the screen to shoot an arrow into the spinning target. You lose if two arrows collide. Harder levels spin faster and switch directions!

About Arrow Master

This is a port of the classic "hit the spinning bullseye without hitting your own arrows" genre that's been on mobile app stores for years. Josie liked the format but wanted a longer progression — most versions get repetitive fast — so she designed 100 levels with the spin speed, direction-switching, and number of starting arrows ramping in a curve she playtested over a couple of weeks. Levels in the 60-80 range get genuinely mean.

The skill that levels you up is reading the angular velocity, not the position. Don't look at where the gap is right now; look at how fast it's moving and fire when the gap is about an eighth of a turn away from your target arrow. Direction-switch levels are deceptive — there's almost always a predictable rhythm to the flips, and once you've watched two cycles you can land a clean shot on the slow part of the swing. Don't fire on instinct; fire on rhythm.

Where it gets hard

Around level 50 the wheels start spinning fast enough that your reaction time can't save you — you have to commit a shot before the gap appears and trust it to be there when the arrow lands. That mental shift, from reactive to predictive, is the whole point of the late game. If you like one-tap precision games, our Stopwatch Challenge is a different flavour of the same skill.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many starting arrows does each level have?

It varies — early levels have just a few, later levels can have ten or more already lodged in the target. The more starting arrows, the smaller your safe gap.

What happens at level 100?

You get a small celebration screen and the option to loop the hardest tier with cosmetic variations. There's no infinite endless mode beyond that — yet.

Is the spin really random or is there a pattern?

Each level has a fixed spin profile (speed, direction, switch timing). Once you've played a level, the pattern is the same on retry — that's how you can practice tricky levels.

What's the trick to direction-switch levels?

Watch two full cycles before shooting. The switch always happens at the same angle, so timing your first shot just after a switch gives you the longest predictable window.
